HOLISTIC MODEL OF SELF-DEVELOPMENT

The holistic programme practiced at the Tekos School, also called the school of the third millennium (recognised by UNESCO as one of the best pedagogies and schools in the world), is a living example of how we can learn to activate and synchronise both hemispheres of the brain. Integrating the polarities (the masculine and the feminine…) is key to develop our potential, to be more centred, connected and open to what life and the world wants from us and to be happy.

 

HAPPY LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

Through the training of the mind, body and soul and techniques that you can apply in your daily life once you have lived and internalised this experience, you will favour the creation of an environment favourable to happy learning in your life and the lives of those around you (family, work…).

 

Children from 10/11 years old who join this school/residence manage in just 2/3 years to pass the whole curriculum of mathematics, physics, chemistry… of compulsory schooling. And when they are 13/14 years old they start their university careers, residing in Tekos until they are about 21 years old, when many of them finish their second university degree (one for each hemisphere 😉 thanks to programmes and agreements with Universities and the learning environment and structure that is followed there, which we want to bring to Spain!

Spanish children and teenagers (and those in the rest of the world 😉 also deserve it!

The great mission, vision and purpose that drives us to promote the educational transformation that we need in the New Humanity and thus be able to recover our educational sovereignty is to create an educational complex of these characteristics. The creation of this complex “ecopopulated by children and adolescents” is one of our 7 key projects in IKI-GAIA.

 

In a beautiful area of the 240 hectares of IKI-GAIA we are planning the creation of a bio-construction training complex in the middle of nature where teenage students will be able to study and live close to their parents. If they wish, they can stay (rent a plot or bungalow) at the nearby IKI-GAIA campsite (licence in process) just a few minutes away 😉 or rent a house in a nearby village.

Supported by ISKA, the school of Tekos and many beings of LIGHT, we now have to replicate and adapt the model to Spain / Europe!

For 3 decades now, a Russian visionary, Mikhail Schetinin, has been breaking down both traditional and "alternative" views of education, while at the same time creating the new future of humanity.

"The human being can do everything. Our purpose is the elevation of the human being, to act in harmony with society, a human being who is able to see and analyse the phenomena around him and who can feel their interconnectedness, perceive the world as a whole”.

"It is very important that children feel free, come and go as they please! Here we don't give importance to age, teachers and pupils mix. We reject the idea that someone has to be taught. Our collective ancestral memory has the knowledge of the laws of the cosmos, as well as the techniques for living in cosmic space, so we reject the idea that there is something that the pupil does not know".

KIN GENIUS SCHOOL (TEKOS, RUSSIA)

The official mathematics curriculum that other children do in 10 years of schooling at KIN they learn it all in 1 year. In addition, they also cover the entire secondary school curriculum in one year, and many of them acquire university degrees by the age of 17.

When they study, they don't worry about grades, but about how they will explain what they have learned to other classmates and how they will be able to pass it on. That is the motivation they need to learn, because what they learn, they will have to teach to the next generation.

They have been entrusted with the principle of the learning process and place great importance on service to others. What they do learn very well is to understand the soul, aspirations and thoughts of other individuals. Mathematics in itself is not important, but as a process towards TRUTH.

...in the evening they always take an hour to reflect on the day and their relationships with each other and the world.

DAY-TO-DAY LIFE AT SCHOOL

Their schedules are divided between cooking, carpentry, construction, painting frescoes on the walls...

🥗 They cook their own meals, do administrative work and write their own textbooks. They contemplate the meaning of the Universe and swim in mountain streams. They dance, draw, sing and pick strawberries in the surrounding fields...They master ancient folk crafts awakening their ancestral memory, which goes beyond any written history we now know....

Girls choose not to wear miniskirts, make-up or eye-catching jewellery. They are not interested in TV or video games.

In general they have hardly any teachers, only a few teachers of music, English, sewing... The boarding school is organised in groups of pupils where a mentor is in charge of 4 children younger than him in order to support them in everything and not allow them to fall behind in their studies.

FACILITIES

Children and adolescents have designed, built and decorated their own campus. All school facilities, including study spaces, an auditorium, administrative office, kitchen area, dining area, toilets, showers, flats and other facilities have been designed and built by the students.

All these construction works are full of delicacy and beauty and reflect the inner nature and talents of the students and the excellent quality of the school activities.

At the beginning of September we will run (and offer some places to interested people (very limited places!! )) the 2-week ISKA-certified seminar formatimo level 1 to deepen the knowledge of mathematics and biology and to initiate the whole school community in synchronisation.

ISKA GENERATIONSÜBERGREIFENDE SEMINARE UND "ZUGEHÖRIGKEIT" PROGRAMM VON IKI-GAIA

Dreh- und Angelpunkt für individuelle und gruppenbezogene Entwicklungsprozesse

Stärkung der GEMEINSAMKEIT

Die ISKA-Seminare, in denen die Schetinin-Pädagogik in der Praxis angewandt wird, sind Teil des Individual- und Gruppenentwicklungsprogramms von IKI-GAIA namens "ZUGEHÖRIGKEIT": ein jährliches Basisprogramm zur Schaffung von GEMEINSAMKEIT, das auch Kurse zu gewaltfreier Kommunikation (GFK), Selbsterkenntnis, Soziokratie, Gruppendynamik, Konfliktlösung, Gruppenleitung (um auf einer systemischen Ebene die Dynamik zu verstehen, die in diesen Prozessen auftritt) und viele weitere Vorschläge zur Förderung der Bildung eines Ökodorfes umfasst.

Die Teilnahme an einem einwöchigen Camp oder einem zweiwöchigen Ausbildungsseminar (wie das C1, das wir zu Weihnachten anbieten) ermöglicht es, neben dem Erlernen der Vorteile dieser Pädagogik und dieser Struktur, die wir versuchen, in unserem täglichen Leben umzusetzen (und ab September in unserem Bildungsangebot) individuelle Prozesse zu beschleunigen, die notwendig sind, um den Muskel des Zusammenlebens und des Lebens in GEMEINSAMKEIT zu trainieren.

In dem vorgeschlagenen generationsübergreifenden Seminar vom 1. bis 7. Juli teilen alle Beteiligten (Teilnehmer aller Altersgruppen, das ISKA-Team und die Ökodorf-Motorgruppe) Erfahrungen, Räume, Wissen, Gaben und Talente und lernen zusammenzuarbeiten, Bedürfnisse/Grenzen/Gefühle auszudrücken, gemeinsame Entscheidungen zu treffen und auf organische und harmonische Weise zusammenzuleben.

NACHAHMUNG DES ALLTAGS UND DER PÄDAGOGISCHEN STRUKTUR DER TEKOS-SCHULE IN RUSSLAND

Gestaltung der neuen Menschlichkeit

Vorschläge für alle Generationen

Wir stehen morgens um 7 Uhr auf und treiben gemeinsam Sport, dann geht es weiter mit Gehirntraining. Gegen 8:30 Uhr frühstücken wir. Nach einem ausgiebigen Frühstück bringen wir den Körper durch verschiedene Aktivitäten wieder in Schwung.

Der ganze Tag wird durch eine kurze und abwechslungsreiche Abfolge verschiedener Themen strukturiert (u.a. Mathematik, Aktivitäten im Garten, Biologie, Sauerteigbrot- Workshop, Backen und Pizza machen...), wodurch wir die Vorteile und den Nutzen einer ständigen Aktivierung beider Gehirnhälften erfahren können.

Abends, gegen 20:00 Uhr, treffen wir uns in gemütlicher Atmosphäre und tauschen uns über die Ereignisse des Tages aus, wir sprechen darüber, wie wir uns fühlen, was uns herausfordert und wir gehen mit möglichen Spannungen und Prozessen liebevoll um, damit sie sich nicht aufstauen. Wir schaffen tiefe Verbindungen.

Obwohl das Programm voll von Aktivitäten ist, wird es während des Seminars auch Zeit für individuelle Aufmerksamkeit und Zeit für die Familie geben, sowie Zeit, sich mit anderen in einer nicht vorgegebenen Umgebung zu verbinden.

Wenn du am IKI-Schöpferprogramm teilnehmen und das von dieser Pädagogik inspirierte Bildungsprojekt für das nächste Schuljahr unterstützen möchtest, ein Praktikum absolvieren und einige Monate lang in der Praxis weiterlernen möchtest und eine der von uns angebotenen Stellen anstrebst, fülle diesen Fragebogen aus und beginne mit der Ausbildung bei uns zum ersten Mal in Spanien!

Es ist notwendig, ein mindestens einwöchiges Seminar besucht zu haben, um an dem Bildungsprojekt mitzuarbeiten.
