Buenas querida tribu del mundo 💞

Seguimos buscando a perfiles pioneros, emprendedores, "manitas" y "apañaos", con experiencia en la vida comunitaria e idealmente, estabilidad económica y emocional ;) para poder estar presentes y aportando en nuestra fase pionera un mínimo de 5horas al día.

Además, hay un par de plazas para 1 o 2 familias con niños entre 6 y 9 años idealmente, interesad@s en iniciar el proyecto piloto educativo inspirado en la escuela Rusa de Tekos (pedagogía Schetinin) a partir de Enero 2024

Ya se acerca el 1 seminario convivencial formativo sobre el modelo holístico y pedagógico de Schetinin (26 dic - 7 enero). Últimas plazas!!

Recuerda, para participar en un seminario convivencial es necesario haber hecho un seminario introductorio presencial (9 diciembre próxima oportunidad) u online (16 diciembre), gran primicia en España!!

DE RENOVACIONES
Llegó  el momento de terminar el nuevo salón comedor que dará de comer al grupo intergeneracional y multicultural grande que acogerenos durante 2 semanas en IKI-GAIA. Además, estamos viendo de poner un buen sistema de calefacción central (idealmente) para pasar los 2 meses más fríos más calentitos.
Por ahora mucho sol 🌞 y nada de frío ni viento este año ;) Esperemos que Diciembre nos regale AL MENOS lluvia 💦 por aquí por el sur!!

VOLUNTARIADO
A partir del 1 de Enero llegarán algun@s voluntari@s que nos ayudarán a preparar y mejorar el espacio. Aún quedan algunas plazas libres para perfiles con experiencia y motivación.
Si tienes experiencia con Bioconstrucción, permacultura, albañilería, carpintería, administración, contabilidad y finanzas, diseño gráfico, IT, programación, acompañando a niños de primaria... este sería un buen momento de acercarte, aportar a esta gran causa y disfrutar de unos días soleados en las montañas de Málaga en un espacio de Naturaleza explosiva  con rica agua de manantial 💦

PROGRAMA "PERTENESER" DE DESARROLLO INDIVIDUAL Y GRUPAL

Si quieres saber si este proyecto es para ti y tu tribu, éste es tu/vuestro momento. Estos seminarios que está trayendo la fundadora de IKI-GAIA en España (y por 1ª vez en español ) con el apoyo de la organización ISKA de Alemania, son parte del Programa  de Desarrollo Individual y Grupal  del proyecto para poder empezar la prueba de aspirante de 1 mes en IKI-GAIA.

Después de entrenar el músculo de la convivencia y conocerse mas a sí mismo en comunidad, y tener ambos hemisferios del cerebro (así como la parte femenina y masculina) más sincronizados ;) en una ambiente de "aprendizaje Feliz" y desplegando nuestros dones y talentos ...confiamos que será más fácil encontrar a más pioneros y colaboradores, así como a futuros aspirantes a miembros.

Hello dear tribe of the world 💞

We are still looking for pioneering, enterpreneurs, "handyman" and "handywoman" profiles, with experience in community life and ideally, with economic and emotional stability ;) to be able to be present and contributing in our pioneering phase a minimum of 5 hours a day.

In addition, there are a couple of places for 1 or 2 families with children between 6 and 9 years old ideally, interested in starting the educational pilot project inspired by the Russian school of Tekos (Schetinin pedagogy) from January 2024.

The sunny December is coming 🌞.

The 1st convivial training seminar on the holistic and pedagogical model of Schetinin is coming up (26 Dec - 7 Jan). Last places available!

Remember, to participate in a convivial seminar it is necessary to have done an introductory seminar in person (9 December next opportunity) or online (16 December), a great first in Spain!!!

OF RENEWALS

It is time to finish the new dining room that will feed the large intergenerational and multicultural group that will host us for 2 weeks at IKI-GAIA. We are also looking at installing a good central heating system (ideally) to keep us warm during the 2 coldest months of the year.
For now, lots of sunshine 🌞 and no cold or wind this year ;) Let's hope that December brings at least some rain 💦 here in the south!

VOLUNTEERING

From the 1st of January some volunteers will arrive to help us to prepare and improve the space. There are still some vacancies for experienced and motivated people.

If you have experience with bio-construction, permaculture, masonry, carpentry, administration, accounting and finance, graphic design, IT, programming, accompanying primary school children, pedagogues, engineers... December and January would be a good time to come and contribute to this great cause and enjoy a few sunny days in the mountains of Malaga in a space of explosive nature with rich spring water 💦.


INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME "BELONGING"

If you want to know if this project is for you and your tribe, this is your moment. These seminars that the founder of IKI-GAIA is bringing to Spain  (and for the first time in Spanish) with the support of the ISKA organisation in Germany) are part of the Individual and Group Development Programme of the project in order to be able to start the 1 month trial in IKI-GAIA.

After training the muscle of coexistence and getting to know oneself more in community, and having both hemispheres of the brain (as well as the male and female part) more synchronized ;) in an environment of "Happy learning" and unfolding our gifts and talents we are confident that it will be easier to find more pioneers and collaborators as well as future aspiring members

Hallo lieber Stamm der Welt 💞


Wir sind immer noch auf der Suche nach Pionieren, Unternehmern, "Handwerkern" und "Handwerkerinnen" mit Erfahrung im Gemeinschaftsleben und idealerweise mit finanzel und emotionaler Stabilität ;), die in der Lage sind, mindestens 5 Stunden pro Tag in unserer Pionierphase anwesend zu sein und einen Beitrag zu leisten.


Außerdem gibt es ein paar Plätze für 1 oder 2 Familien mit Kindern zwischen 6 und 9 Jahren, die daran interessiert sind, das pädagogische Pilotprojekt nach dem Vorbild der russischen Schule von Tekos (Schetinin-Pädagogik) ab Januar 2024 zu starten.

Der sonnige Dezember steht vor der Tür 🌞.

Denken Sie daran, dass es für die Teilnahme an einem konvivialen Seminar notwendig ist, ein Einführungsseminar persönlich (9. Dezember, nächste Gelegenheit) oder online (16. Dezember) besucht zu haben, eine große Premiere in Spanien!!!


VERLÄNGERUNGEN

Es ist an der Zeit, den neuen Speisesaal fertig zu stellen, der die große generationenübergreifende und multikulturelle Gruppe, die uns für zwei Wochen bei IKI-GAIA beherbergen wird, versorgen wird. Außerdem wollen wir (idealerweise) eine gute Zentralheizung installieren, die uns in den zwei kältesten Monaten des Jahres warm hält.
Bis dahin viel Sonnenschein 🌞 und keine Kälte oder Wind in diesem Jahr ;) Hoffen wir, dass der Dezember wenigstens etwas Regen bringt 💦 hier im Süden!
