Food, much of it from our garden, watered with water from our spring, carefully combined with love to not only nourish you, but also surprise all your senses and prepare you to enjoy a concert that will undoubtedly nourish your soul.

Practical workshop: Edible forests and water collection
📅 Sunday, 28 December · Morning session
Bring your favourite tree or shrub, or plant one of ours, and become its guardian. 🌳(We will take care of it every day).
This weekend, as many people are visiting the project to see how it is progressing, enjoy the magical forest environment, reconnect with explosive nature, find inner peace and expand their network of contacts… we have added a special opportunity: extend your stay until Sunday afternoon to participate in this unique and symbolic activity: start the new cycle by planting an edible forest.
Guided by Rakel (permaculturist, anthropologist and founder and guardian of IKI-GAIA), we will immerse ourselves in the environment, soil microbiology and the powerful benefits of water harvesting and edible forests.

If you want to take care of one or more trees but cannot attend the charity dinner on Saturday, don't worry, you are still welcome.
