DETAILED SCHEDULE OF THE EVENT 25-27 FEBRUARY
A reunion of souls united under a SAME COMMON DREAM
BASIC INFORMATION
The event from the 25th to the 27th of February will be held in our space in Almayate.
If you want to participate we need you to fill in this Registration form
The lovingly prepared meals (organic and vegan) for the whole event from Friday 25th, including the dinner on Sunday 27th February, will be managed by Semilla Monte Alegre to facilitate sharing in a circle.
During these days it is not allowed to organise meals individually, only in case of babies and people with special needs on request.
Meal payments can be made on the first day of arrival after breakfast at the times set for the treasury.
The organic and vegan menus are generally free of gluten, lactose and added sugars. For breakfast and snacks we offer seasonal fruit + homemade bread with rye and spelt sourdough and gluten-free bread. If you have any food intolerance or need a gluten-free breakfast, please write it in the questionnaire.
ENTRIES: From Thursday evening 24 February possible (the day will start on Friday at 9:00h.
DEPARTURES (until Sunday night it is possible to stay in our space in Almayate. Departures on Monday 28th February before 12h. If you need more time, please let us know.

RESERVATIONS
To reserve your place in our intimate ecovillage meeting in February, we need you to transfer the amount of the participation costs per adult (or family) that you will see below (total according to the number of days).

CONTRIBUTIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT
These fees are calculated to cover the costs of all the organisers and logistics of the event so that the organisation of the event does not involve extra human and economic costs, nor generate debts for our project.
This contribution forms part of the reservation fee which you must pay to the account number provided above.
The participation in the event has a fixed price of 50€ to cover logistical costs (regardless of the days of participation). Exceptionally, advanced participants who are interested in the process of approach and live nearby may be allowed to participate in the event for 1 day (Saturday).

BOOK ACCOMMODATION:
We have some private accommodations: 1 wooden cottage for families, 1 caravan with a big bed and 1 room in our house with a big bed. And accommodation in shared spaces. Please contact us for availability and prices by calling 659 10 98 09.
You can also sleep in your own van or camper van or put up tents (we can provide you with tents if you don't have one) for a contribution of 5€ per adult per day.
In addition, there are 3 campsites within a few kilometres of where we live. Contact us to organise your stay.
MEAL CONTRIBUTIONS (these can be made during the event in cash, no need for a transfer!!! the reservation is made with the participation fees to the event only.
The adult meal contribution for the event is 52€ (total) regardless of the day of arrival and departure.
The contribution for single meals for those arriving before Friday or staying after lunch on Sunday is 10€, breakfasts 4€.
CHILDREN:
Children under 2 years old for free.
Price for children (2 - 5 years) per day 10€, except for the last day which will be 8€.
Price for children (6 - 12 years old) per day 15€, except for the last day which will be 10€.
Tea , coffee, nuts and fruit will be available throughout the day.
