We’re excited to launch our first Residence Program, offering a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in community life and contribute your skills to event management, festival preparations, construction, and so much more!

As our community continues to grow and evolve, we’re thrilled to invite you to join us in shaping this regenerative space. We have a variety of exciting projects where your hands-on involvement will make a real difference!

We’re looking for motivated, hands-on people with skills in areas like event management, logistics, construction, permaculture, cooking, arts, and more!
This is your chance to be part of something meaningful, connect with like-minded people, and experience regenerative living at IkiGaia.

🛠 What’s the deal?
🔹 Work 6 hours per weekday on festival-related tasks
🔹 Stay for a minimum of 2 weeks during February, March, or April
🔹 Receive food & accommodation in tent, set in a beautiful natural environment

    Do you bring your own tent or vehicle?

    Since we are a young project, sleeping spots are very limited.

    Please note that the included meals are vegan. If you wish to eat dairy or eggs, you will need to buy them yourself. Eating meat or fish is not allowed, except in your private space and time.

    Collaboration General Conditions

    We offer residents food and accommodation in a tent or their own vehicle in exchange for 6 hours of hands-on work per weekday, with a minimum stay of two weeks. Additionally, we expect them to join our common spaces maintenance and cleaning session on Saturday mornings. As common spaces are for everyone’s use, we all contribute to keeping them clean and well-maintained.

    Collaboration during the Regerative Education Gathering

    We offer residents free entry to the festival, with accommodation in their own tent or their own vehicle, in exchange for a 4-hour shift per day. They only need to contribute a daily amount of 25€ for food.

    Image Use

    During our time together, we may capture photos and videos to document and share our experiences. These may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, or future event materials to support our project in IkiGaia.
