INFORMATION SUR LA RENCONTRE QUI AURA LIEU du 29 AVRIL AU 1er MAI

INFORMATIONS DE BASE

En avril, nous célébrons la grande étape de l'achat et nous avons organisé cette dernière réunion intime pour les personnes intéressées à rejoindre IKI-GAIA en tant que fondateurs.

L'événement, qui se déroulera du 29 avril au 1er mai, se déroulera dans notre espace à Almayate.

Si vous voulez être ouvert à cette opportunité, nous avons besoin que vous remplissiez ce formulaire et que vous nous envoyiez un courriel confirmant votre présence à semilla@semillamontealegre.org dès que possible.

Les repas préparés avec amour (biologiques et végétaliens) pour l'ensemble de l'événement à partir de jeudi, y compris le petit-déjeuner du mardi, seront gérés par Semilla Monte Alegre pour faciliter le partage en cercle.

Pendant ces jours, il n'est pas permis d'organiser de repas individuels, seulement dans le cas de bébés et de personnes ayant des besoins spécifiques qui le demandent.

Le paiement des repas sera effectué le premier jour d'arrivée après le petit-déjeuner aux heures fixées par la trésorerie.

Les menus bio et végétaliens sont généralement exempts de gluten, de lactose et de sucres ajoutés. Pour les petits-déjeuners et les collations, nous vous proposerons des fruits de saison + du pain fait maison au levain de seigle et d'épeautre et du pain sans gluten. Si vous avez une intolérance alimentaire, ou si vous avez besoin d'un petit-déjeuner sans gluten, veuillez l'indiquer dans le questionnaire.

ARRIVÉES: Dès le jeudi à partir de 18h, nous vous accueillerons (l'événement commencera le vendredi à 9h00).

LES CONTRIBUTIONS POUR LA PARTICIPATION À L'ÉVÉNEMENT

Ces frais sont calculés pour couvrir les coûts de tous les organisateurs et de la logistique de l'événement, afin que l'organisation de l'événement n'entraîne pas de coûts humains et économiques supplémentaires, ni ne génère de dettes pour notre projet.

Cette contribution fait partie de la réservation que vous devez nous verser au numéro de compte indiqué ci-dessus.

La participation à l'événement a un prix fixe de 50€/adulte (gratuit pour les enfants) pour couvrir les frais logistiques (indépendamment des jours de participation). Exceptionnellement, les participants avancés qui sont intéressés par le processus d'acerca-acierto et qui habitent à proximité peuvent être autorisés à participer à l'événement pendant 1 jour (samedi).

LA RÉSERVATION D'UN LOGEMENT

Pour l'événement du 29 avril au 1er mai, nous disposons de quelques logements privés et de logements dans des espaces partagés. Veuillez nous contacter pour connaître la disponibilité et les prix.

Vous pouvez également dormir dans votre propre van ou camping-car ou monter des tentes (nous pouvons vous fournir des tentes si vous n'en avez pas) pour une contribution de 5€ par adulte et par jour (8€ pour les couples et les familles).

CONTRIBUTIONS AUX REPAS (celles-ci peuvent être faits pendant l'événement en liquide, pas besoin de virement !!!). La réservation se fait seulement avec les frais fixes de participation.

La contribution fixe par repas pour les adultes lors de l'événement est de 75€ (total) quel que soit le jour d'arrivée et de départ dans les jours de l'événement. Ceux qui participent uniquement à la visite devront payer 25€.
La contribution pour les repas individuels pour ceux qui arrivent avant le vendredi ou restent après le dimanche midi est de 10€ (déjeuners et dîners), et les petits déjeuners de 5€.

LES ENFANTS :

Enfants de moins de 2 ans gratuits.

Prix pour les enfants (2 - 5 ans) par jour 12€.

Prix pour les enfants (6 - 12 ans) par jour 18€.

Du thé et du café, des noix et des fruits seront disponibles tout au long de la journée.

Intergenerational

We celebrate that in IKI-GAIA we are already 20 adults + 11 children who have pooled resources, gifts and talents and that we have ALREADY!! put in writing (by signing contracts and sending participation fees to the project account) our commitment to IKI-GAIA. There are less and less places left for pioneers at this stage! Start the process to apply to become a pioneer and/or reserve (up to 3 years) a place, keep preparing yourself…,
Abundance

We already have more than 10 social lenders (who invest between 10.000 (minimum to be a social lender) and 100.000€) who support us by lending us money to be paid back in 5 years, most of it interest free 😉. Some of them with the intention of spending some time with us to feel if it is their project, while they are preparing themselves, to join and then move on to another membership figure of more active participation and to be able to reserve a plot of land. Others invest in IKI-GAIA, aware of the urgency of investing in projects that favor the development of a new humanity!
Approaching

This month we are accompanying 15 adults and 11 children in the process of approaching and feeling if it is IKI-GAIA, here in the subtropical south of Europe (Malaga) and with our tribe where they want to project themselves, and us with them;)
The next face-to-face meeting where those who are advancing in the process will be able to meet a large part of the driving group, the wonderful place and all the details of the project (timeline, participation models, how the exit of the project works and returns, etc.) will be from the 1st to the 3rd of April. Another meeting will be held from April 15th to 17th.

There are less and less places left to participate in the 1st phase of IKI-GAIA before the opening of the campsite estimated in 2 years, which we have limited to 20 nuclei (groups of coexistence or individuals) in order to create the structure and the bases of the project that will make possible the entrance of more beings starting from the 3rd year that the singular bioclimatic campsite is officially open.

If our project resonates with you, if you want to live your dream NOW and you feel like a pioneer, you are still in time! There are still some places left for PAMEF (pioneer stable founding member aspirant), and some more for AMEPAF (passive stable founding member aspirant) where you can, in addition to benefiting from all the advantages of founders, reserve a plot or an eco-bungalow in the campsite for up to 3 years.

The best way to start the approach with us is to participate in one of the online meetings that we have opened in 4 languages. To do so, we only ask you to fill in this QUESTIONNAIRE (if you haven't already done so).
Here you can see the agenda of ONLINE OPEN MEETINGS (to non-members) scheduled for this month and next month. Each month we offer 4 presentations on the vision, key projects and current process of IKI-GAIA in 4 languages: Spanish, English, French and German.

If you feel the call to co-create an ecovillage project about to materialize the great common Dream in its own land abundant with water, infrastructures, forest and with the capacity to host hundreds of dreams, or simply to support us, we recommend you to start/accelerate the process of approaching us by becoming a supporting member so that we can formally start the process, and we can share extended information about the participation models, the entry fee, the timeline, etc. and with all the information and clear figures, you can assess whether this proposal is an option for you and your family.

Nous célébrons le fait que dans IKI-GAIA Ya !! nous sommes 20 adultes + 11 enfants (de quelques années de vie à plus de 80 ans) qui ont mis en commun leurs ressources, leurs dons et leurs talents et que YA !! nous avons mis par écrit notre engagement envers IKI-GAIA (en signant des contrats et en envoyant des frais de participation sur le compte du projet).

Il reste de moins en moins de places pour les pionniers dans cette phase ! Commencez le processus de candidature pour devenir un pionnier et/ou réservez (jusqu'à 3 ans) une place pour vous ...
Abondance

Nous avons déjà plus de 10 prêteurs sociaux (qui investissent entre 10.000 (minimum pour être prêteur social) et 100.000€) qui nous soutiennent en nous donnant de l'argent à rembourser en 5 ans, la plupart sans intérêt 😉. Certains d'entre eux, avec l'intention de passer un peu de temps avec nous pour sentir si c'est leur projet, tandis qu'ils se préparent à adhérer et ensuite à passer à une autre figure de participation plus active. D'autres pour pouvoir se réserver une parcelle de terrain. D'autres investissent dans IKI-GAIA, conscients de l'urgence d'investir dans des projets qui favorisent le développement d'une nouvelle humanité !
Rapprochement

Ce mois-ci nous accompagnons 15 adultes et 11 enfants dans le processus d'approcher et de sentir si c'est IKI-GAIA, ici dans le sud subtropical de l'Europe (Malaga) et avec notre tribu où ils veulent se projeter et nous avec eux ;). La prochaine réunion en face-à-face où ceux qui avancent dans le processus pourront rencontrer la plupart du groupe moteur, le lieu merveilleux et tous les détails du projet (calendrier, modèles de participation, fonctionnement hors du projet et retours, etc) aura lieu du 01 au 03 avril. Une autre réunion est prévue du 15 au 17 avril.

Il reste de moins en moins de places pour participer à la 1ère phase d'IKI-GAIA avant l'ouverture du camping estimée à 2 ans, que nous avons limité à 20 noyaux (groupes de cohabitation ou individus) pour pouvoir créer la structure et les bases du projet qui rendront possible l'entrée de plus d'êtres à partir de la 3ème année quand le camping bioclimatique singulier sera officiellement ouvert.

Si vous vibrez avec notre projet, si vous voulez vivre votre rêve MAINTENANT et si vous vous sentez comme un pionnier, vous avez encore le temps ! BASIC INFORMATION

This following month of April we celebrate the big step of the acquisition of the land. We have organized the last gathering for those interested in joining us as founders of IKI-GAIA .

The event from 28th April to 1st May will be held in our space in Almayate.

If you want to join us, we need you to fill this form and send us an email to semilla@semillamontealegre.org confirming your attendance as soon as possible.

The meals, prepared with love (organic and vegan), for all the event from Thursday to breakfast on Tuesday, both included, will be managed by Semilla Monte Alegre to facilitate eating in a circle of sharing.

During those days it is not allowed to organize your meals individually, only for babies and people with special needs that request it.

Payments for the meals will be done the first day of arrival, after breakfast, according to the schedule established by the Treasury.

The organic and vegan menus are, generally, gluten and lactose free, and with no sugars added. For breakfast and snacks, we offer seasonal fruit and homemade rye and spelt bread with sourdough, as well as gluten-free bread. If you have any food intolerance or need a gluten-free breakfast, write it in the questionnaire.

ARRIVALS: We welcome you from Thursday on (the program will begin Friday at 9 a.m.)

DEPARTURES: It is possible to stay until Monday in our space close to the coast in Almayate (10 or 15€ / night). very limited spaces!!

CONTRIBUTIONS FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT

The amounts have been calculated to cover the costs of all the organizers and the logistics of the event, so that the organization of these gatherings are neither an additional human and financial cost, nor do they generate debts for our project.

This contribution is part of the booking that you have to send us through bank transfer to the bank account number above.

The participation in this event has a fixed cost of 50€ per adult (children free) to cover the logistics costs (with independence of the participation days). An exception can be made to allow the participation in only 1 day (Saturday) of the event to those interested who live close by and are already advanced in the process of approaching the project.

BOOKING ACCOMMODATION:

To book a bed in the event, write to us as soon as possible or call us: we are closing registrations this Friday!!

We have some private accommodation and also in sharing spaces. Contact us to know the availability and the prices.

You can also sleep in your own van or motorhome, or pitch a tent (we can offer tents if you don’t have one) for a contribution of 5€ per adult and day (8€ couples and families).

CONTRIBUTIONS FOR MEALS (you can pay the meals in cash during the event, no bank transfers needed!! You only need to pay the fixed participation cost for the event to book your place.

The fixed contribution for meals per adult for the event is 75€ (total), with independence of the arrival and departure dates within the event schedule. The contribution of those who only take part in the tour is 25€.

Those who arrive before Friday or stay after Sunday have to make a contribution per meal of 10€ (lunch/dinner) and 5€ (breakfast).

Children 2-5 yrs per day: 12€

RENCONTRES EN LIGNE INTIMES POUR LES PARTENAIRES

Nous avons créé ces 2 espaces (en ligne et in situ) afin d'approfondir notre connaissance mutuelle et les éventuelles synergies qui pourraient naître de ces rencontres plus intimes avec ceux d'entre vous qui résonnent avec notre projet et notre moment.

Dans les réunions intimes, vous êtes les protagonistes. Nous serons heureux de consacrer un espace à l'écoute de vos sentiments et de vos préoccupations concernant le projet et nous essaierons de répondre à vos questions du mieux que nous pourrons.

La rencontre en ligne intime du mois de mars sera le 13.

Si vous êtes un adhérent, nous vous invitons à nous envoyer vos questions avant la réunion afin que nous puissions préparer des documents supplémentaires qui pourraient vous aider à comprendre certains aspects.

RENCONTRES INTIMES D'ECOVILLAGE IN SITU

Chaque mois, nous ouvrons notre espace et nos cœurs à ceux d'entre vous qui sont en train d'avancer dans leur processus de suivre l'appel à rejoindre un projet d'écovillage et qui résonnent avec notre proposition, afin que vous puissiez connaître une grande partie du groupe de semenciers fondateurs et le lieu merveilleux du Biotope de Guérison et de ses projets phares.

Pour participer à nos rencontres intimes de convivialité, il est indispensable d'avoir franchi l'étape 2 de notre processus d'approche et d'avoir lu l'information étendue que nous partageons avec les partenaires. Places très limitées !!

SLOW-TOUR EN PERMACULTURE EN FÉVRIER (ATELIER DE FORMATION)

En raison de la quantité de demandes que nous recevons de personnes qui veulent se rapprocher de nous en profitant d'une formation, nous avons décidé de faire une pause dans notre calendrier chargé (en raison du processus de croissance de l'écovillage, nous sommes à pleine capacité 😉 nous ne sommes pas concentrés maintenant sur les formations). Ce sera le samedi 12 février prochain.

Dans ce cours, vous aurez l'occasion de voir et d'apprendre les avantages de la permaculture et ses résultats tangibles dans l'une des fermes que nous coordonnons depuis des années à Macharaviaya (Málaga).

PROPOSITIONS PÉRISCOLAIRES FÉVRIER COMMUNAUTÉ ÉDUCATIVE GAIA

Nous revenons pour donner un focus et une structure aux propositions périscolaires 3 jours par semaine (lundi, mercredi et vendredi) avec des propositions d'apprentissage enrichissantes et très originales pour nos enfants et leurs familles. Toujours l'après-midi de 15h à 20h/20h30.

LUNDI : COURS DE MUSIQUE ET DE PERMACULTURE EXTRASCOLAIRES (jardin scolaire biologique)

Nous revenons pour accompagner les petits dans un environnement d'apprentissage musical et durable.

Le lundi, les cours de musique (piano, contrebasse...) et le jardin biologique de l'école seront guidés et accompagnés par le grand contrebassiste de jazz et permaculteur suisse renommé Daniel Stocker.

MERCREDI 9 FÉVRIER DE 15H00 À 17H00 : PROPOSITION DE YOGA EN FAMILLE

De la main de Cristina Sosa, professeur de yoga formée en France et spécialisée dans la transmission du yoga adapté au monde des enfants.

Nous inaugurons des ateliers de yoga en tribu une fois par mois.

Le yoga en famille nous accompagne pour partager d'une manière positive, créative et aimante. Où le jeu et l'attention compatissante sont nos guides. Les séances sont composées d'exercices de concentration, d'attention, d'équilibre et de respiration à travers des pratiques en duo. À la fin de la séance, nous revenons au calme, nous nous recentrons et partageons nos sentiments et nos émotions.

VENDREDI : EXCURSIONS GAIA-SLOW

Après une courte pause, nous sommes heureux de vous informer que nous poursuivons cette aventure qui favorise les échanges multiculturels et intergénérationnels, tout en valorisant la richesse de notre paysage, de notre culture et de nos coutumes, avec l'aide de Rakel Domínguez (anthropologue, permacultrice, éducatrice en durabilité, facilitatrice en conception d'écovillages, gestionnaire de la communauté d'Apprentissage Gaïa et principal promoteur de l'écovillage IKI-GAIA).

Si oui, super ! parce que nous avons commencé la saison cette nouvelle année avec les excursions du vendredi après-midi de 15h à 20h ouvertes aux êtres et aux groupes de cohabitation qui veulent nous connaître ou compléter la proposition éducative de leurs enfants en plein air et l'apprentissage de la soutenabilité.

La prochaine excursion de notre projet éducatif où vous pourrez vous joindre à nous et en apprendre davantage sur le projet de coopération éducative IKI-GAIA aura lieu ce vendredi 11 février après-midi, où nous nous rendrons à Maro.

Ne manquez pas l'excursion promotionnelle GAIA-SLOW du 18 février dans un coin merveilleux de l'Axarquia. Il ne reste que quelques places !

ONLINE INTIMATE MEETING FOR MEMBERS

We have created these 2 formats (online and in person) in order to get to know each other and the possible synergies that may arise after these more intimate meetings with those of you who resonate with our project and our moment.

We would like to take this opportunity to inform you that we have already scheduled February's monthly intimate online meeting for this Sunday 13rd from 8pm to 9pm to deepen our knowledge and collaborations with those of you who are already sympathetic members (you have taken step 2 of our process of getting to know each other).

In March it will be on 13ten.

In the intimate meetings you are the protagonists. We will be happy to dedicate space to listen to your feelings and concerns about the project and we will try to answer your questions as best we can.

If you are a member of our association, we invite you to send us your questions before the meeting so that we can prepare some additional material that may help you to understand some aspects.

INTIMATE FACE-TO-FACE ECOVILLAGE MEETINGS

Every month we open our space and hearts to those of you who are moving forward in your process of following the call to join an ecovillage project and resonate with our proposal, so that you can get to know a large part of the founding core group and the wonderful place of the Healing Biotope and its key projects.

To participate in our intimate cohabitation meetings, it is indispensable to have taken step 2 of our Approaching process and to have read the extended information that we share with the members. Very limited vacancies!

SLOW-TOUR OF PERMACULTURE IN FEBRUARY (FORMATIVE WORKSHOP)

Due to the amount of requests we are receiving from people who want to do the approaching with us taking advantage of a training, we have decided to make a gap in our busy schedule (due to the process of growing to ecovillage 😉 we are not focused on trainings right now). It will be next Saturday 12th February.

At the same time that we can get to know each other better, in this Permaculture course you will have the opportunity to see and learn about the advantages of Permaculture and its tangible results in one of the farms that we have been coordinating for years in Macharaviaya (Málaga)

EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES IN FEBRUARY GAIA EDUCATIONAL COMMUNITY

We return to give focus and structure to the extra-curricular activities 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) with enriching and very original learning proposals for our kids and their families. Always in the afternoons from 15h to 20h/20h30h.

MONDAY: EXTRACURRICULAR CLASSES OF MUSIC AND PERMACULTURE

We return to accompany the little ones in an environment of musical and sustainable learning.

On Mondays the music classes (piano, double bass...) and the school organic garden will be guided and accompanied by the great jazz double bass player and renowned Swiss permaculturist Daniel Stocker.

WEDNESDAY 9 FEBRUARY FROM 15:00 TO 17:00: FAMILY YOGA PROPOSAL

Led by Cristina Sosa, a yoga teacher trained in France and specialised in the transmission of Yoga adapted to the world of children.

We inaugurate yoga workshops in tribe once a month. Yoga in family, accompanies us to share in a positive, creative and loving form. Where play and compassionate attention are our guides. The sessions are made up of exercises of concentration, attention, balance, breathing through duo practices. At the end of the session, we return to calm, centre ourselves and share our feelings.

FRIDAYS: GAIA-SLOW TOURS

After a short break, we are excited to inform you that we have started with this venture that promotes multicultural and intergenerational exchange, while we value our environment, culture and customs of the hand of Rakel Dominguez (anthropologist, permaculture, sustainability educator, manager of the Gaia Learning community and main promoter of the ecovillage IKI-GAIA).

Would you like to know more about the new educational project of IKI-GAIA from its promoter?

If so, great, because we have started the period this new year with the Friday afternoon excursions from 15h to 20h open to families who want to get to know us or complement the educational proposal of their children in the open air and learning about sustainability.

The next excursion of our educational project where you can join us and learn more about the IKI-GAIA educational cooperative project that is being developed will be next Friday afternoon, 11 February in Maro.

Don't miss the GAIA-SLOW promotional excursion next February 18th to a wonderful corner of the Axarquia. There are only a few places left!

An ideal opportunity to get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere in nature and see what synergies are taking place!

Inspirados por el mandala de la sostenibilidad, tragozamos con toda la comunidad educativa a nivel social, económica, medioambiental y visión del mundo generando un nuevo paradigma. Nuestros valores clave:

acompañar en el florecimiento de los dones y talentos individuales y el desarrollo del SER y su ikigaia (propósito de vida, razón de ser)
honrar la unidad a través de la diversidad
celebrar la diversidad de culturas
promover la justicia social y la concienciación ambiental
empoderar a los individuos y a los actores locales
aumentar la conciencia y el potencial humano
respetar la Tierra viva como nuestro hogar planetario

Nuestro proyecto educativo Gaia, como ya nos habréis escuchado más de una vez 😉 pone mucho énfasis en la sostenibilidad desde una mirada holística y en la soberanía alimentaria. Cómo nos alimentamos, cocinamos junt@s y compartimos alimentos en círclulo agradeciendo es uno de los grandes pilares de nuestra propuesta.

Es por ello, que tenemos un huerto escolar de Permacultura de autosuficiencia en nuestro espacio de Almayate, para que grandes y pequeñ@s podamos participar y aprender del ciclo de cómo regenerar la tierra, cultivar alimentos, cosecharlos y procesarlos.

En Gaia estáis invitados a participar junto con vuestros hij@s, de las actividades relacionadas con la agro-ecología y la sostenibilidad que tenemos programadas para los lunes coordinadas por el permacultor y músico suizo Daniel Stocker (clases en español/inglés y alemán).

Como la alimentación sana, ecológica y de km 0 es uno de los pilares del proyecto, junto a aprender a compartirlos, nuestra propuesta educativa incluye la merienda y la cena en el precio.

El proporcionar la comida desde el proyecto está pensada, por una parte, para cubrir las necesidades de los niñ@s de comer a cada rato y, por otra, la necesidad de hacerlo de manera estructurada desde el proyecto ; evitando así, residuos, comparaciones y antojos de ver comer cosas diferentes a sus compañeros.

La idea es que este hábito diario forme parte de un ritual-celebración de juntarnos, dar gracias por la comida y compartir los alimentos con nuestr@s compañer@s.

La comida estará siempre equilibrada, en cuanto a proteínas y carbohidratos, con abundancia de legumbres, verdura, germinados, quinoa, mijo y cereales integrales ecológicos.

En la preparación de las comidas no se usará ningún tipo de refinado, -ni harinas ni aceites, ni sal, etc.- ni se servirán alimentos fritos o elaborados con aceites de palma, girasol, etc.

Menú apto para diabéticos y sin gluten, posible.

PROPUESTA DE COMIDA

Posibilidad de incluir en el menú necesidades individuales.

Merienda vegana: pan casero hecho con masa madre de harina de centeno y espelta y/o pan sin gluten o avena + aceite de oliva y/o aguacate, tahini, etc. + un vaso de leche vegetal casero o zumo natural sin azúcar.

Fruta y frutos secos a libre disposición toda la mañana

Cena vegana (sin trigo) alrededor de las 13:00h rico en proteínas vegetales.

De Lunes a Viernes de 14:30 a 20:00h

PROPUESTA SEMANAL

LUNES: Clases de piano y música + clases de agroecología (huerto escolar) coordinadas por Daniel Stocker (Clases en español, alemán e inglés)

MIÉRCOLES : propuestas varias según ritmos semanales y mensuales y teniendo en cuenta las necesidades individuales, coordinadas por nuestr@s acompañantes. (Clases en español e inglés y alemán)

VIERNES: Excursiones coordinadas por Rakel Domínguez fuera del espacio (en la Naturaleza, museos, fincas y granjas sostenibles, etc.) para enriquecer el aprendizaje de l@s niñ@s en diferentes contextos. (Clases en español, alemán, italiano e inglés)

NOTA!! Todos los padres o tutores tienen que hacerse socios de nuestra asociación para participar en el proyecto y estar cubiertos con el seguro de responsabilidad civil que tiene la asociación para peques y grandes, excursiones, etc. Cuota de socio anual 50€/año.

Las excursiones de los viernes pueden conllevan un extra mínimo. El precio dependerá de la propuesta -si hay que pagar alguna entrada - y la distancia/número de niñ@s -km-

Mínima participación/inscripción de los niñ@s: 2 días a la semana.

Deseada participación de los padres (trabajos comunales para la escuelita : propuestas de actividades/clases/talleres, apoyo en excursiones, etc, trabajos varios en el huerto, publicidad de eventos, etc: 2h/semana u 8h al mes (gran flexibilidad)

IMPORTANTE para los niñ@s mayores de 6 años!!:

Compromiso por parte de las familias de realizar 1 skype antes de Junio 2020 con la directora de Gaia School de Estonia y firmar convenio.
