If you just want to participate, fill in this survey

If you are interested in sharing your gifts and talents, sharing what you do/dream of, selling/exchanging/gifting products or services, this is definitely a good time to do it!

In order to reserve your place in the market area (or include your proposal in the programme) as well as to facilitate the logistics of accommodation and meals, we need you to indicate in the survey the details of arrivals, meals… and make a transfer of the total amount (or at least half) to the following account number:

Welcome to co-create this wonderful event with your presence, light and contribution.

If you are interested in actively participating in the event as an artist (music, dance, art, theatre, clown, storyteller…), setting up a stall for sale/gift/exchange, offering a workshop, talk or therapy, please fill in this other questionnaire.

IKI-GAIA ecovillage meeting registration form

Registration form for participation in eco-village meeting

Meals: The contribution to cover food costs for the 3 days of the event is 60€/day for adults. For prices for children according to age see below.

ADULTS: The price per day to cover food logistics costs at our events is 25€ per day. The contribution for single meals for those who arrive before Friday or stay after Sunday dinner is 10€ (lunchs and dinners) breakfasts 5€.

CHILDREN:

Children under 2 years old free of charge.

Price for children (2 – 5 years old) per day 12€.

Price for children (6 – 12 years old) per day 18€.



Choose the first meal in which you participate to organize ourselves in the kitchen.



Choose the last meal we count on you to organize in the kitchen.

ACCOMMODATION: Let us know if you need accommodation by email to semilla@semillamontealegre.org to discuss availability and prices.
If you have a caravan or mobilhome also welcome! We have a large area on the land where you can park it these days for a contribution of 5 € / night.

Questionnaire for those interested in becoming members of an ecovillage (future ecovillagers or “IKIGAIAKIS”)

The data collected with this questionnaire will only be used by our association to respond to your requests to join our project and to send you information about our projects.
To participate in our online and face-to-face meetings this is the 1st step you must take. To come to the face-to-face meetings you must also have completed these steps that you find in our approach-success protocol.

Here you find a selection of the possible dates and languages of our online meetings.
